Has it been that long?
Wow its been a long time since I posted! I hope to devote this year to getting even more paintings done and maybe trying out some new shows to bring/send my art to. I would really like to get a few more of the weird/surreal type paintings in too, just to keep it interesting. I hope to get into the DragonCon Art Show again this year but as always, that's up to the jury.
If you like to follow along on the progress of paintings, like my Facebook fan page. I usually post WIPs for what I am currently working on there.

Calling all fairy mice fans!
I have just finished my latest in a long line of coloring books. This one features the lovable little fairy mice. I think this one will be really fun to color just because of the mischievous nature of the little beasties, getting into all things bright and colorful. I have posted a free-to-color sample page for you to download and color at your leisure. There are 22 single-sided (blank on the back) images, some based on paintings I've done and many newly created just for this project.

Its over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia. My art will also be at the ComicCon International San Diego Art Show for the first time this year. I wish I could attend the San DIego Show since its so close to me, but alas I have funds for only one trip and tickets to CCISD are impossible to get, it seems, anyway. And this fall my art will be going international at the World Fantasy Convention Art Show which is being held in Toronto this year. Exciting things! I better get pain
And we're off!
Made it through the dry art days that are the holidays and so far this year I've gotten 3 paintings under my belt and I'm currently working on a fairy mouse for a commission. I'd like to get a couple of dragon paintings in since it is the Year of The Dragon. My art will be at several shows throughout the year, mostly fantasy/sci-fi convention art shows. I plan on applying to the DragonCon art show but one never knows about juries. I'll probably go whether my art gets in or not;)
I hope to find the time to create another Dragon Coloring book. I would like to also combine all the dragon coloring books into one super dragon coloring book. I'm n
